An exceptional estate for your unique stay in Lozère
Jean François de Montjou, owner of the estate, will be delighted to welcome you and offer you accommodation in one of the establishment’s 29 rooms or suites.
He will also be pleased to receive you in the restaurant or on the terrace, on fine days, for a meal with the scents of the Cévennes and Causses. His wife, Hélène, creates compositions made from local products. Several menus (including a children’s menu) and an à la carte selection will allow you to discover Lozère gastronomy, revisited and lightened, to satisfy young and old alike.
Receptions and seminars are welcome. Château d’Ayres has the facilities and equipment for organizing conferences or hosting private groups in an obviously magical setting.
And of course, the reception is at your service to organize your discovery of the Gorges du Tarn, the Cévennes National Park, and this nature sculpted by the prodigious history of this land with lunar landscapes.
